Refund Policy:

Refund must be requested in writing before April 30, 2025. All refunds will be subject to an $80.00 non-refundable fee. No refunds, or changes after May 1, 2025.

ASPIRA Families

Please be sure that all children are at camp in time to be with their groups by 9:00am each day. Children who are not participating in before care can be dropped off between 8:30am and 8:50am to receive breakfast at no additional charge.

RATES AND HOURS OF OPERATION

  • Summer Camp Before Care:
    7:00 am – 9:00 am: $10/day or $50/week (by request)
  • Summer Camp After Care:
    4:00 pm – 5:30 pm: $8/day or $40/week (by request)
  • Summer Camp:
    9:00 am – 4:00 pm: $250 per week

PURCHASE OF CARE (POC)

We accept Purchase of Care (POC), a federal subsidy program designed to help qualifying families cover child care expenses.

Our Summer Camp program is licensed with the Bureau of Child Care Licensing under site number 1720003900.

WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP

  • Sneakers or Closed-Toe Shoes: Campers must wear these daily.
  • Water Bottle: Provided on the first day of camp and required daily.
  • Two Snacks: Snacks must be nut-free and contain no nut derivatives.
  • Sunblock: Campers should arrive with sunscreen already applied. Only spray sunscreen labeled with the child’s name can be reapplied at camp. Counselors will not apply lotion sunscreen.
  • Extra Change of Clothes: Accidents and messy activities happen! Pack an extra set of clothes in a labeled bag. These can be kept in the camper’s cubby until the end of the week if unused.

WHAT NOT TO BRING TO CAMP

  • Devices: Laptops, tablets, cellphones, AirPods/headphones, or similar devices are not allowed.
  • Personal Toys: Please leave toys at home.
  • Valuables: The camp is not responsible for lost, broken, or stolen personal items.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION

  1. Complete and submit the Summer Camp Registration Forms.
  2. Attach a current Child Health Appraisal (dated within the past 12 months).

Note: All documentation must be submitted before the student can attend camp.
